Thank you for supporting my work. Every book, program, and consultation I offer has been created with great care, intention, and integrity. As a small independent business, I truly appreciate your trust and support. My commitment is to provide you with the highest quality products, personal service, and a fair, transparent policy.

Physical Books

All book sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, wet, or if you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please email info@marcela.love within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged book and its packaging

Once your request has been reviewed, a replacement copy will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital products—including online courses, downloadable materials, and self-guided programs—are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please read each program description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, I am always happy to answer them before you place your order.

Consultations, Classes & Appointments

When you purchase a consultation, private session, workshop, or live class, you are reserving time dedicated specifically to you.

For this reason, these purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or live class, please contact me as soon as possible. Whenever my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate a request to reschedule; however, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
