Dosha Constitutional Types
Understanding your nature
This table describes three constitutional types, or doshas. Read across each row, decide how well each description fits you, and score all three.
Answer for how you have been most of your life, not only how you feel this week. Leave a row blank if it does not apply to you. Your totals add up as you go. You do not need to finish in one sitting, and there is no wrong answer.
These add up as you answer.
Start scoring and your result will appear here.
Send it to Marcela
When you're finished, enter your name and email and send the complete Dosha assessment directly to Marcela.
Your highest number points to your dominant dosha. Two numbers close together mean a dual constitution, which is common. Nothing here is a diagnosis, and no result is better than another. We will read it together.
With love, Marcela
