Returns

Unopened merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a full price store credit and within thirty (30) days of purchase for a store credit subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from purchase. All clearance item sales are final and may not be returned for any reason.

Prior to returning any merchandise, you must first contact us by email at marcela@marcela.org and receive authorization for the return.  Your email must include your name, invoice number and reason for requesting the return.  You are responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

If an item you purchase is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred by us in connection with the returned product.

Changes to this Agreement

Marcela may modify the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. NOTICE OF MATERIAL CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE POSTED ON THE SITE BEFORE THEY BECOME EFFECTIVE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ANY APPLICABLE CHANGES.

Applicable Law; Jurisdiction and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the Southern District of Florida.
