How to Purify, Activate, and Energize your Water at Home

How to Purify, Activate, and Energize your Water at Home

October 16, 20248 min read

The quantity and quality of the water you drink should be a top priority for maintaining and supporting your health.

Having a dry mouth does not indicate that you are becoming dehydrated, it shows that you already are. Fluids like tea, coffee, and juice cannot replace drinking pure water.

Dr. F. Batmanghelidj’s book, Your Body’s Many Cries for Water, shows that unintentional chronic dehydration produces pain and varied degenerative diseases such as asthma, arthritis, hypertension, angina, adult-onset, lupus, migraines, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity, heart conditions, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and much more.

By staying committed to a healthy lifestyle that prioritizes drinking natural water, we can prevent and treat many degenerative diseases. Urinating clear, colorless liquid every 90 to 120 minutes is a great indication of a well-hydrated body.

How to Purify, Activate, and Energize your Water at Home

Tips to Staying Well Hydrated:

  • Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before you eat and another glass 45 minutes after your meal.

  • Start your morning by drinking a big glass of water. Mornings are when the body is most dehydrated and full of toxins. Drinking extra water in the morning really gets the blood flowing.

  • If you live in a dry climate or if your body has a tendency toward dryness (dry hair, skin, or eyes), add a pinch of pure, unadulterated salt to your water.

To better determine how much water you need each day, divide your body weight in half. For example, if you weigh 130 pounds, you will need about 65 ounces of water, or about eight (eight-ounce) glasses daily.

Unfortunately, much of the water we are exposed to is treated with chemicals that are detrimental to our health.

It is common to find chemicals in city tap water such as chlorine and fluoride. Studies dating back to the 1950s have shown links between natural fluoridation and Down’s syndrome. Fluoridated water has also been shown to cause severe kidney damage and lesions to the brain similar to those found in Alzheimer’s patients. When it comes to chlorine, researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin found that about nine percent of all bladder cancer and 18-percent of all rectal cancer cases are associated with long-term consumption of city water, leading to over 20,000 new cases of chlorine-resultant cancers each year.

Aside from the harmful physical repercussions of toxic, dead city water, as a spiritual nutrition counselor, I look at how the quality and structure of water affects our consciousness and spiritual connection.

The nature of water is sticky due to the science of hydrogen bonding.

To illustrate this, think of how homeopathic remedies are created. Substances are diluted until only the imprinted energies remain, making this an effectively proven homeopathic medicine.

According to the health department, city water is treated and safe to drink. However, health department standards don’t consider the holistic importance of making our water compatible with our bioenergetic system. Even after treatment, city water retains the imprint of allopathic medicines that are discarded through the toilet, and a myriad of chemicals, pollutants, and the collective consciousness of the cities we live in. About 60% of an adult body is water. When we use city water for drinking, cooking, and bathing, the water becomes a part of our tissues, carrying imprinted information to every cell in our body. We are not only what we eat, but also what we drink.

What kind of water should you drink?

If you are fortunate enough to live close to a natural spring, I encourage you to get your water directly from it. Drinking live, pure spring water is the most delicious, healthy, and satisfying way to become truly hydrated. Spring water is my first choice, but very few of us have ready access to it. In this case, I recommend using RO or distilled water to make your drinking water.

How to filter your tap water:

There are many types of filtering systems, but after much time spent researching, the two systems I recommend are distilled and RO.

  • Distilled water can be made using tap water. I encourage buying a distiller that makes water by steam distillation. Then, water is collected in a glass container after passing through a carbon filter. The steam distillation process transforms water from a liquid to a vapor state. The resulting steam is collected into a clean glass canister, eliminating any solid residues. Distilling water remediates any imprinted memory, pollutants, and chemicals the tap water contains, removing all organic and inorganic substances, including minerals. Distilled water needs to be matured, re-mineralized, and reactivated before drinking.

  • Reverse osmosis—or the “RO” process—removes most chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, chlorine, bacteria, and viruses from tap or well water. Unlike the distilled water process, reverse osmosis does not remove imprinted memory. There are many manufacturers of RO filters that can be found worldwide. The number of RO filtration units and processes required should be customized based on the substance concentrations found in your water. Make sure that your RO filter is well-maintained, and develop a system for checking and changing filters. How often you will need to change your water filter depends on your water usage and the initial quality of the water. If your city water contains fluoride, make sure to ask your RO water specialist to add a special filter that will eliminate this chemical.

Upgrading your drinking filtered water:

Before upgrading your water, you must use either a water distiller or reverse osmosis filtering process (see above). Water takes the shape of the vessel we place it in, ideally an egg or round-shaped glass or ceramic container. The egg is a womb-like structure whose geometric pattern is found throughout nature. With this shape, there are no hard edges that can host stagnant energy. You can even store spring water in an egg-shaped container to keep it fresh.

Re-mineralizing and oxygenating water are key to upgrading your water. I either buy or make my own ionic minerals, like sole. If you live in a dry climate, you can also use a pinch of rock salt per gallon of water. You can use a TDS meter to make sure your water doesn’t exceed 50 to 100 TDS parts per million. I also like to add Peak Oxygen® (Contact me if you’d like to buy Peak Oxygen®) to my drinking water, although this step could be optional if this product is not available to you. Peak Oxygen® contains high concentrations of oxygen, improving and boosting the quality of oxygen in your water. This results in water that is very light and absorbable.

Another product that I like to use is Crystal Energy from Dr. Flanagan. Crystal Energy makes the water more compatible, assisting the hydration of your cells, as well as aiding cellular detox.

Steps to upgrade your water:

  1. Stir in a clockwise direction with a long, wooden spoon, creating a vortex-like pool in the center, for three minutes.

  2. Repeat the “vortex stirring” in a counter-clockwise direction. This mimics the natural process water goes through in the different vortexes of nature, as it passes through rocks and other natural filters. (You can also use a magnetic water stirrer to create a vortex action if you don’t want to activate your water manually).

  3. Be present with intention. As you prepare your water, imagine the waters of the world healthy and alive. I stand in gratefulness and pray that everyone in the world has access to fresh, pure water, blessed with peace and love. According to the groundbreaking research of Dr. Masaru Emoto in his best-selling book, The Hidden Messages in Water, both positive and negative words and thoughts can change the structure of water.

  4. To clear your water, place a  Tachyon Silica Disk* underneath the base of your water vessel. This disk raises the energetic potential of water and keeps the crystals clear, erasing any harmful imprinted memory.

  5. As a final step, you can mature your water by leaving it in a glass container outdoors overnight to absorb the rays of the moon. The human body is primarily made up of water, which is why moon rays affect us. The moon is responsible for the ebb and flow of water’s tide. Maturing your water in the moonlight will assist you in becoming more attuned with earthly and cosmic energies.

Water is the structure of life and love, and it deserves a special place in your home.”

In my home, I have designed a beautiful, meaningful, sacred space that I call my water altar.

A combination of crystals curated specifically for the health of my family unit sits underneath and inside my water vessel. There are many ways of creating an altar that upgrades your water. I hope this blog awakens your interest towards the water and encourages you to create your own altar to inspire you to drink your water every day. [1]
